We are pleased to offer the opportunity to become a private static caravan owner at Karrageen Caravan & Camping Park, a family-run holiday park set in the beautiful South Devon countryside, close to Hope Cove, Salcombe, Kingsbridge and the South West Coast Path.
Karrageen is a small, friendly and long-established park with a wonderful community of private owners who return year after year to enjoy the peace, space and natural beauty of this very special part of Devon. With countryside surroundings, coastal walks nearby and the beach just a short distance away, owning a static caravan here gives you the freedom to enjoy South Devon throughout the season.
Our static caravan area is limited in size, helping us maintain a relaxed, personal and well-kept environment. Karrageen is licensed for 25 static caravans, one of which is used for our own holiday rental, meaning ownership opportunities are limited and do not come up very often.
Private ownership at Karrageen is ideal for those looking for a regular holiday base for themselves and their immediate family. It offers the chance to enjoy weekends, school holidays, quieter spring and autumn breaks, and time away by the coast without the need to book accommodation each time.
Why own at Karrageen?
Karrageen offers a quieter, more traditional style of holiday park, with a strong sense of community and a friendly, family atmosphere. Many of our owners enjoy the relaxed pace of the site, the familiar faces, the coastal location and the ability to simply arrive, settle in and enjoy their time away.
The park is open to static caravan owners from 15th March to 15th November each year, giving you an eight-month season to enjoy your holiday home.
We are located in Bolberry, near Hope Cove, with easy access to:
- Hope Cove and its beaches
- The South West Coast Path
- Salcombe and Kingsbridge
- Local pubs, cafés and restaurants
- Beautiful coastal walks and countryside
- Family days out across the South Hams

Static caravan ownership opportunities at Karrageen are limited, and vacancies do not become available very often. We currently have a vacancy for a static carvan pitch for the 2027 season.
